Returns Policy
Changed your mind about your purchase?
Whilst we will do all we can to accomodate your returns requests, we can only refund or replace items bought from Ascott within seven days of purchase. Here's what you need to do: -
- If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, please ring us on 01992 760 425 and provided we haven't despatched your order, we'll cancel it and provide you with a full refund.
- If you would like to return a product after accepting delivery of it, you can do this within seven days of receiving it. Please contact us 01992 760 425 or email jennageary@ascott-designs.co.uk then return your goods to us at the address below. We recommend that you purchase adequate insurance to do this as items which are damaged when returned to us will be charged. A refund of the purchase price will be made within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s)

Damaged Goods
Whilst we take care despatching your goods, unfortunately damage can sometimes occur to your purchase whilst being delivered. If your goods arrive damaged, we will replace them free of charge provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. Please contact us on 01992 760 425 and we will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item(s) which will be replaced within seven working days.
