Opening an Account

If you're a business and would like to open a trade account with us, simply click on the LOG IN button at the top right of the website.  You'll be asked to give us some details about your company such as your VAT and Company registration numbers if applicable.  When you submit your application, we'll then email you back with log in details. Please note that we can only open an account during working hours as we need to check each application individually.

If you don't have a registration number or are having problems entering your details, just give us a call on 01992 760425 and we'll be happy to give you a hand.  Our normal working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do I pay for my goods? 

You'll need to pay your first order up front, either by cheque or credit card.  Once your payment has cleared we will send out your goods.  All your future orders will be subject to payment within 20 days of goods despatched. 

No Minimum Order

That's right, there's no minimum order - you can order one item or as many as you like.  Bare in mind though we have a minimum delivery charge which is based on 10% of your order or £15, whichever is the greater. Charges will differ for Scotland, Ireland and Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

Alternatively you can collect your order from our showroom in Waltham Abbey, Essex and avoid paying the delivery charges. 

Ordering on line

It's easy to order online and we won't ask you for your credit card details. As soon as you've submitted your order, we'll contact you to arrange delivery and payment.
